Class 5: Program Design

This week, we examined two established programs — Macy’s Star Rewards and JCPenney Rewards — to create a Customer Engagement plan focused on the design process. Our MBA students developed goals, defined target audiences and benefits, and crafted a “strawman” for a hypothetical mall retailer.
