This course equips students with the skills to assess and develop effective customer engagement strategies. By evaluating real-world customer engagement programs, students gain the ability to analyze program effectiveness in attracting target audiences, and predict enrollment success and profitability. The opening session lays the groundwork by exploring the evolution of customer loyalty and provides practical guidance on building strong customer relationships.
